- Up to 3 representatives from one organization who are committed to attend Q1 to Q3 and the Q4 Shared Community of Practice ERG Series (SCOPES).
Executive Summary & Goals
A Community of Practice (CoP) is a group sharing a domain of interest, engaging in collective learning to improve their skills and knowledge. In addition, Elevate’s LatinXemplars levels up a CoP with a “+” of five signature “P”s, where ERG leaders of any affinity will benefit from:
