- Talk to your manager about the course and get approval. Enter the course in your organization’s tuition/reimbursement portal and receive approval.
- Manager approval may not be required at some organizations. Review your eligibility and maximum annual benefits, payment methods, and repayment options.
Registration & Financial Aid/Voucher
- Click on “REGISTER” to reserve a spot. Download, fill out, and upload the Financial Aid form prior to the course date. We offer deferment, so no funds are needed up front.
- For organizations with tuition assistance using vouchers, submit a request in your organization’s tuition assistance/reimbursement portal and select “Voucher” payment type.

Attend and complete the course.
Transcript and Receipt
Receive the transcript and receipt from Pacific College. Submit those to your organization’s tuition assistance/reimbursement portal.
Payment
- Tuition Assistance/Financial Aid/Deferment Remit payment to Pacific College once you receive reimbursement.
- Tuition Assistance using Vouchers (such as through Boeing LTP, NGC EdAssist, RTX ESP, etc.) After submitting the transcript and grade to your organization’s tuition assistance/reimbursement portal, payment will be made to Pacific College.
