Qualifications:

Must be an executive level, with one of the following ranks:
- C-suite or equivalent
- Senior Executive: EVP, SMD, SVP
- Senior Leader: Managing Director, VP
Must have a U.S.-based headquarter
Organization must have 2,000+ employees
